Our Approach To Your Care
We are an NHS general practice of four doctors and a nursing team with 1 Nurse and 1 Health Care Assistant providing high standards of care in a friendly and supportive environment. We aim to provide personal and continuing care for all our patients.
Our doctors, nursing team and administrative staff have a long term commitment to the practice. We have been providing health care in this community continuously for the past 10 years. We know what resources there are in the area for our patients and as a practice we have strong links with other community organisations.
Our long term commitment means that we have the opportunity to get to know our patients and their families over time. This helps us to see our patients as people and not just numbers. We think it is important for doctors and nurses to spend time listening to patients, explaining tests and treatments and involving patients in the important decisions that affect their health. Most importantly we believe it is important to treat all our patients with empathy, care and concern.
As a training practice we are approved to teach the next generation of doctors. We find that having keen young doctors on our staff is a great way for the whole practice to be refreshed with new ideas, enthusiasm and challenges. All of this benefits patients and ensures that our standards remain high.
We provide services in one of the most diverse communities in Liverpool. We enjoy the range and variety of work that this offers. We try to provide the best quality care for everyone regardless of age, sex, income, ethnicity, sexuality or disability and to minimise barriers to care.
We value patients' contribution to practice improvement.
We value the opinion of our patients, and we would appreciate if you took a moment to register your feedback on the NHS choices website.
