Patient Feedback
We value the opinion of our patients, and we would appreciate if you took a moment to register your feedback on the NHS choices website.
As an improving practice we are always open to constructive suggestions as to how we can improve the service we offer to you. The Doctor may not be able to talk to you about it during a medical examination session as this would be taking up valuable time that should be using to treat patients. However we have several methods that you can use to give your ideas or opinions.
Patient Participation Groups
Our patient participation group meets at regular intervals and provides patients with an opportunity to meet with practice staff and to air their views and suggestions to improve patient care. We are keen to hear from any of our patients who would like to be involved from all sections of our community. Please contact reception if you are interested in taking part.
Complaints and Concerns
We aim to provide the highest standards of care and service to all of our patients and are continually striving to improve. Any helpful suggestions are much appreciated and a suggestion box is located in the waiting area.
However, there may be times when you feel that you wish to express dissatisfaction. We hope that you will feel free to discuss your concerns with the member of staff directly involved, or with the Practice Manager or one of the doctors. This is better done sooner rather than later and we hope that you will be satisfied after talking to us.
